1. Scope of Service & Production Tiers
This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") governs the delivery, execution speeds, and operational expectations of cinematic AI video production, CGI campaigns, Fake Out-of-Home (FOOH) animations, and VFX deliverables provided by OmniVinci under active subscription tiers: • Studio Plan: Billed at $4,995/month. Entitles the client to one (1) active production in progress at any given time. • Studio Pro Plan: Billed at $9,949/month. Entitles the client to two (2) parallel active productions in progress concurrently.
2. Turnaround & Delivery Times
OmniVinci targets an average turnaround of 4 business days to deliver initial drafts or updated cuts for an active project. Turnaround times begin once the creative brief is fully specified and marked as "Active" in the production queue: • Average Turnaround: 4 business days per version update. • Complex Assets: High-fidelity 3D modeling, photorealistic CGI simulations, multi-character tracking, and custom VFX render passes may require extended cycles. • Non-Binding Estimates: Turnaround times are project-specific estimates and do not constitute absolute guarantees or strict deadlines. Delay of output does not qualify for refunds or credits.
3. Active Queue & Backlog Management
Clients can submit an unlimited number of production briefs to their backlog. Project execution follows queue order: • Execution Limits: We work on only one (1) active production (Studio) or two (2) active productions (Studio Pro) at a time. The remaining briefs sit in the backlog queue. • Progression: As soon as an active deliverable is approved by the client, the next brief in the queue automatically transitions into active production within 1 business day.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Clients are provided with unlimited revisions on any active production: • Work-in-Place: When a revision is requested, the project remains active in the work slot. New backlog projects will not start until the current active project is either approved or paused by the client. • Execution Time: Revision cycles average 2 to 4 business days depending on complexity.
5. Infrastructure & Data Hosting Location
To guarantee peak download speeds, rendering sync, and data redundancy, all files, draft videos, brand books, project configs, and customer metadata uploaded by the client are hosted and processed on secure servers located in the United States.
6. Service Interruptions & Force Majeure
OmniVinci relies on high-performance rendering networks and AI cloud nodes. In the event of service provider outages, network blackouts, or API disruptions beyond our control, OmniVinci will restore standard queue workflows immediately upon service resolution. These interruptions do not affect billing periods or subscription terms.
